About Me
Christine W. Hartmann, Ph.D.
Since 2009, I (she/her) have been principal investigator of federal research grants totaling over $17.5 million. I have authored four books, attended editing and writing workshops, read many editing and writing books, and participated in multiple Robert McKee scriptwriting seminars. My grant proposal writing method draws on skills I developed through these means and more. I started this website to share what I know and help others push their careers to the next level. Good writing increases the likelihood of successful grant funding. And every proposal can improve.

My Career
